FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
1, Do you have insurance?
YES we have public liability of 1 million pounds
2, Does a deposit need to be paid?
No deposit required. Payment to be made via bank transfer beforehand or cash on delivery.
3, Can adults use the bouncy castle?
All bouncy castles we have a designed for children, however, they will with stand adults using them when helping with younger ones.
4, What time will the castle be dropped off and picked up?
Our promise is to have the castle set up by 11am and picked up again from 5pm. You will receive a message the night before with an estimated delivery slot.
5, Can the castle be hired and left overnight?
YES they can for an extra charge of £20 and we will pick the castle up at approx 8am the morning after. The castle has to be in a secure back garden for this service.
6, Can the castle go on concrete?
YES, they can be set up on all surfaces, grass, stone, gravel, Astroturf, concrete, flags. However we must be able to peg the inflatable down. i.e - through the astroturf or around the edges into grassed or soiled area.
7, Can the castles be used when raining?
Most castles come with a built in rain cover, however we ask for the castles to be deflated in heavy rain.
8, I’m unsure on the size of the garden, what can I do?
DONT worry, if you are unsure whether the bouncy castle will fit, we will try and do a site survey, although, usually we can tell from a photograph of the space from an upstairs window..
9, What areas do you cover?
We are based in Wigan we cover postal codes WN1 , WN2, WN3, WN4, WN5, WN6, WA3. Additional delivery charges may apply. Delivery charges tab will show the postal area delivery charges.
10, Can I cancel the booking?
YES of course you can, a lot of factors come into place to create a need to cancel, we ask that you let us know the day before or at your earliest convenience. A 50% charge will be incurred if cancelled once we have arrived.
